  • You will trek along the Dudh Koshi River and pass through several villages, such as Phakding, Namche Bazaar, Tengboche, Dingboche, and Lobuche, where you will experience the local culture, cuisine, and hospitality of the Sherpa people.

  • The maximum overnight altitude on the trek is 5,160 meters (16,929 feet) at Gorak Shep, a small settlement near the base camp.

  • You will do a Sunrise hike to Kalapatthar at an altitude of 5,545 meters (18,192 feet), a viewpoint that offers a panoramic view of the world’s highest mountain and its surrounding peaks.

  • You will then trek back to Pheriche, a village in the Khumbu valley, where you will descend along the same route until you reach Lukla, from where you will fly back to Kathmandu.

  • We will be having an acclimatization day in Namche Bazaar to help our

The body adjusts to the high altitude and low oxygen levels in the air.

Acclimatization is essential to prevent or minimize the risk of high-

altitude sickness. Acclimatization involves ascending slowly and gradually and spending extra nights at certain altitudes to allow your body to adapt. Namche Bazaar, located at 3,440 meters (11,286 feet), is a common rest stop for acclimatization on the way to Everest Base Camp. It is recommended to spend two nights here before ascending further.

  • During the acclimatization day in Namche Bazaar, you can also do some

short hikes to higher places, such as the Hotel Everest View, then return

to sleep at a lower altitude. This helps your body to acclimatize faster and

    better.
